To participate in the Play & Win Lucky Draw, businesses must:
• Be a legally registered business operating in Kenya.
• Have valid business registration and applicable KRA/TIN documentation.
• Register for and attend the Play & Win promotion at the GlobX booth during Odoo Experience, Nairobi, on 3rd and 4th September 2026.
• Submit only one entry per registered business.
• Be represented by an authorised representative of the business.
• Be present during the live winner selection to claim the prize.
Only eligible businesses that meet the above requirements will qualify for the Lucky Draw.

3. WHAT THE IMPLEMENTATION PRIZE INCLUDES
The promotional discount may be applied to eligible Odoo implementation services, including:
• Business Process Analysis (BPA)
• Standard Odoo module configuration
• Initial system setup for up to 5 users
• Basic user and system training
The final scope of implementation will be confirmed through an official quotation and agreed project scope.
4. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
The promotional discount does not apply to:
• Odoo software subscription and user licence fees
• Hosting, cloud, server, or infrastructure costs
• Custom development or customisation beyond standard configuration
• Third-party applications or integrations
• Data migration, unless specifically included in the final quotation
• Travel, accommodation, or on-site expenses, where applicable
• Applicable taxes and statutory charges
• Other third-party costs or expenses
• Additional users, training, support, or services outside the agreed implementation scope
• Any change requests, additional requirements, enhancements, modifications, or new features requested after the project scope has been agreed and approved
5. PRIZE REDEMPTION
• The prize is a discount on eligible Odoo implementation fees and is not redeemable for cash.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or converted into any other service.
• Only one prize may be claimed per registered business.
• If multiple representatives from the same business participate, the business will be eligible to receive only the highest prize won.
• The promotional discount cannot be combined with any other GlobX promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly approved in writing.
• The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing quotation, signed contract, or ongoing project.
• Winners must confirm their intention to proceed with the Odoo implementation (Contract Signoff) within 30 days from the date of the event.
• Failure to proceed within the validity period may result in the prize being forfeited.
6. VERIFICATION AND PROJECT APPROVAL
• Winners may be required to provide proof of business registration and valid KRA/TIN documentation before the prize is confirmed.
• GlobX Commerce Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and winners.
• The final implementation project will be subject to GlobX’s standard project assessment, scope confirmation, quotation, and contractual terms.
• The promotional discount will only be applied after the project scope and eligible implementation value have been confirmed.
7. WINNER SELECTION
• Winners will be selected live during the event through the Lucky Draw process organised by GlobX Commerce Ltd.
• Winners must be present at the time of selection to claim their prize.
• If a selected participant is not present or is found to be ineligible, GlobX Commerce Ltd. may select another winner.
• The organiser’s decision regarding participant eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation shall be final.
8. GENERAL TERMS
• Participation in the Play & Win Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• GlobX Commerce Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or modify the promotion where reasonably necessary.
